It has a silk chiffon lining and two fringed-layers hot pink burnout velvet. It's almost as if these top layers were made out of a 20's piano scarf. The straps are adjustable and there is a hidden side zipper for easy on an off. The label is marked as a Size Small, but this dress would fit any goddess (and that is what you will feel like wearing this sumptuous confection) who wears a Misses size 4-6.
